Staff were excellent - every single one we encountered was friendly and interactive, nothing was a bother and they always offered to help. Loved the BBQ area with a fridge and cooking oils etc all the little extras were much appreciated. Kids loved the communal pool toys and we were able to donate some on our departure. Loved the coffee machine and cocktail hour. Very reasonable cost for an extra bed (and it was a bed!) in our apartment.

Their attention to detail and excellent communication made our family's experience comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment provided for our 6-night holiday was well-equipped, meeting all our needs. As a family with several members, finding suitable accommodations can be challenging, but Mango Lagoon Resort exceeded our expectations. The spacious and beautifully maintained apartment struck the perfect balance between luxury and a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's four pools were a highlight of our stay. They offered diverse experiences, from tranquil relaxation to vibrant fun, catering to guests of all ages. Moreover, the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of these pools and garden added to the overall sense of relaxation and well-being. Th entire complex looked amazing, the buildings , the variety of pools, the tropical plantings all were extremely appealing and the grounds and facilities were kept in immaculate condition..A quiet, calm location, sheltered from the wind and the km Ling walk to the beach front was reasonable. Very good value for money. Carolynn and Matthew , the manager, were super helpful and Matthew went the extra mile helping me out with a few things related to the apartment. Very highly recommend Mango Lagoon..Ps loved the red umbrellas by the 50m lap pool, made the pics even more vavoom!

Very well received at the reception desk with all the informations needed. Our room was really comfortable and the aircon was a blessing! The hotel has different pools which is very enjoyable but with this hot weather they were not refreshing at all. The hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants (5-10mins). Bonus for the spa/massage we had that was the highlight of our trip!

This place is beautiful and the staff were really lovely. It has a great range of accommodation options, so we were still able to stay with our smaller budget. The pools are gorgeous, the room was small but comfortable, and the check in process was great. I checked in after reception was closed but there were clear instructions with a map of how to find my apartment. The apartment had everything we needed - kettle, fridge, microwave, crockery/cutlery, some coffee/tea, iron, hair dryer etc. Location is good - 5-10 min walk to the beach

The location is great, not too far to the beach side. It’s about 5 minutes walk, with a beautiful view around. I like the 3 kinds of pool, the availability of kitchen stuff ( which makes ot easier for us with kids). I like the flexibility of checking in after hour. The strong wifi in the room and the availability of Netflix in the TV is a plus points. We love the pool, especially the one that is kids-friendly.

Very comfortable bed. Good sized comfortable lounge suite. Plenty of space to spread out. Proximity to pool…right outside our patio gate. Excellent, helpful staff who were available if/when we needed them but also left us alone to relax.

The pools were fantastic, 3 completely different styles, something for the whole family. The apartment was super spacious, we never felt like we were on top of each other, and it had everything you may need for a short or long stay. The staff were great, and we even got a massage which is highly recommended, Tori was fantastic, and I was even able to claim back on my healthcare fund so definitely recommend. Closely locates to everything.

Loved the 4 beautiful pools which were very well maintained, accomodation was very good, great kitchen facilities, beds very comfortable comfortable to sleep in, the couch in the living room was very comfortable to sit in! Laundry facilities were excellent.
